Seaton: All Hallows |
|
On the floor of the south aisle is a worn and mutilated figure depicted in a clerical vestment with his head resting on a double cushion, hands clasped in prayer and his feet on a, now headless, lion. It is believed that this represents Roger Seaton who was the Chief Justice of England under Henry III.
