Within an aedicule Elizabeth is depicted resting her check on her right hand, the elbow of which
is resting on a skull. She has long curly hair and a dress with flower-like buttons.
A decorative pediment surmounts the whole with the Turville arms in a lozenge.
The inscription reads:
Here lyeth buried in the hopes of
eternal life the body of Elizabeth
Turvyle eldest daughter of John Turvyle
of Newhall Park esq and Jane his wife. She
was born upon the 19th day of July Anno Dmi 1641
Died the 19th of June Anno Dni 1653.
Here sleepes our child in silence Heavens her rest
For God takes soonest those hee loveth best
What she had unto the Church and Poore she gave
The more she gave the more one day she'l have.
